Mike helped me sort out a previous tune on my 2002 turbo Miata that had idle and stalling issues from a previous reputable tuner. He sorted out the tune easily - found the incorrect values and settings, dialed correctly the closed loop idle, and did wonderfully on the smooth power delivery meeting all the boost targets and correct AFRs. Absolutely no issues with the tune or idle - it has been rock solid. If you are debating tuners, just go with Mike. As the saying goes, buy once, cry once… or be like me and cry twice

How Do We Remote Tune Your Car?
We connect to your laptop via Anydesk and do all the setup live. We then use datalogs to precisely map your car optimally.
What to Expect
We offer a comprehensive A-to-Z tuning service for vehicles using any standlone ECU system. Our process begins with a live session to set up a custom basemap tailored specifically to your car. This not only ensures optimal compatibility but also helps us quickly identify and address any issues that might prevent the car from running properly.
Once the car is operational, we move into the logging phase. This step is crucial for preparing the vehicle for a successful street or dyno session. During this stage, we help you break in a fresh engine if necessary, troubleshoot potential issues, and fine-tune cold start and idle settings during live sessions.
When the car is ready, you’ll coordinate with your local dyno facility for a live tuning session where we optimize performance in real-time. After the dyno session, we review additional logs to ensure the calibrations align with real-world driving conditions and make any necessary adjustments for a polished result.

How to Get Ready for Your Tune
Preparing your car for tuning is critical to ensure a smooth process and optimal results. Follow these steps to get your car ready:
1. Check for Vacuum and Boost Leaks
Inspect your entire intake and boost system for leaks. Use a smoke tester or pressurize the system to confirm there are no air leaks, as these can cause erratic behavior and incorrect fuel calculations.
2. Verify Sensor Installation
Ensure all sensors (e.g., MAP, IAT, TPS, wideband O2, and crank/cam position sensors) are installed correctly, connected securely, and functioning properly. Faulty or missing sensors can delay or prevent tuning.
3. Confirm Fuel System Health
• Verify that your fuel pump, injectors, and fuel pressure regulator are functioning correctly.
• Check for any leaks or restrictions in the fuel system.
• If using aftermarket injectors, make sure you have the correct flow rate data available.
4. Install the ECU Properly
Ensure your ECU is wired and installed correctly according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Confirm the ECU powers on and communicates with your tuning software.
5. Ensure the Engine is Mechanically Sound
• Check that the engine is free of mechanical issues such as misfires, oil leaks, or compression problems.
• Ensure proper engine break-in if it’s freshly rebuilt.
6. Prepare a Stable Battery and Charging System
Verify that your battery is fully charged and your alternator is functioning. Unstable voltage can interfere with tuning.
7. Set Up the Wideband O2 Sensor
If using a wideband sensor for tuning, confirm it is installed in the correct location (e.g., before the catalytic converter) and properly calibrated.
8. Inspect Cooling System
Ensure the radiator, fans, and cooling system are working properly. Overheating during the tuning session can interrupt the process.
9. Top Off Fluids
Check and top off engine oil, coolant, and other essential fluids. This prevents potential damage during tuning.
10. Gather Necessary Tools and Equipment
Have all required cables and adapters ready, including your laptop with the correct software installed and updated.
11. Schedule Tuning in the Right Environment
If logging or tuning remotely, make sure you have a safe place to drive and log the car. If going to a dyno, ensure it’s booked and ready for the session.
By following these steps, you’ll minimize delays and ensure your car is ready for a successful tuning session. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out before your scheduled tune!
