The G5 Voodoo Neo 6 can run :

  • 6 cylinders with staged sequential injection, dual high pressure fuel pumps and direct spark, or
  • an 8 cylinder as sequential only with DI* or Port, and direct spark.
Highlights for both versions include:
  • An all new communications module: 10x faster USB speeds (from minutes down to seconds to download log files), Ethernet, and enhanced WiFi and GPS.
  • 1GB onboard of logging memory, double that of other Link ECUs.
  • Highly customisable IO, using 2 types of multi purpose pins: Injection/Ignition/Aux pins and dual-purpose ADIO pins.
  • Dual on-board E-throttle, with H-bridges that now natively support things like modern e-wastegates or e-blow off valves
  • 1 onboard wideband
  • Configurable Analogue Temp inputs, with two different pull up resistor values (1kΩ and 10 kΩ) , allowing more types of sensors to be used
  • Analogue Temp pull-ups can be disabled now, allowing Analogue Temps to be used as regular Analogue Volt inputs.
  • K-line support.
  • CNC Case, Sealed enclosure
G5 Voodoo Neo Header

The G5 Voodoo Neo header with 68 pins superseal connectors (Link A and B), GPS, USB-C, Wi-Fi, Ethernet and CAN.

Huge time and flexibility gains for Installers:
  • You can now power via the USB cable, just like the Razor PDM, making setting up the initial tune a breeze at your PC.
  • More mounting options than ever before, with through holes, and threaded mount holes on the side and underneath.
  • New WEIPU CAN connector supplies power for CAN devices, massively simplifying CAN wiring and accessory installation.
  • Highly customisable IO, with multi-use pins to maximize utilisation.
  • Similar pinouts to G4X, allowing upgrades with minimal repinning.

    I worked with Mike Drexel on a remote tune for my ‘97 Miata with MS3 and a mildly build NA motor. I drove my <500 mile built motor 6hrs to tail of the dragon on MS3 basemap, he got me booked for a remote tune in the morning the next day and even with not the best internet connection he got me sorted within 7 logs and it drove phenomenally well the entire rest of the week I was down there. Good power, Always started hot or cold, idled well, fans or accessories didn’t kill it at idle and it was over all very smooth even when getting stuck behind Harleys going 5mph on dragon. Cannot thank him enough.

    My project was to Megasquirt swap a 1998 Suzuki Carry Kei Truck. I installed a GT15 turbo, LS2 coils, Subaru STI injectors, and many other modifications.I learned about Mike from a Megasquirt Facebook group I was in. I originally didn’t listen to his advice, and decided to try and diagnose and tune everything myself. After spending days trying to figure out the issue, I decided to throw in the towel and reach back out to Mike.Mike worked remotely with me tirelessly through the night to rectify the issues I was having with this one-off install. Mike is an absolute wizard with diagnosing and tuning. From the first tune file I could tell Mike was on a level that my previous tuners were not. His response time is incredibly fast for the work he does, and he’s very patient, even with my thousand questions. When we finished with the 93 octane tune I was so impressed that I made the call to go ahead and tune on e85. After a few more revisions we had a completed 93 octane and e85 tune. This further gained power, and truly made the truck how I wanted it to feel from the time I started the build. Mike is a master of his craft, and he will be my tuner from here on out.
